Spry Fitness (“the app”) is operated by Key Moment Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have. Questions: support@spryfitness.app.
Who uses Spry Fitness
Spry Fitness is used by personal-training gyms and the people they train. Accounts are created by a gym — there is no public sign-up. Your gym decides who has an account and manages the training records kept in the app.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, your role at the gym (owner, staff, coach or client) and whether your account is active or paused.
- Training records: planned and completed sessions, the exercises in them, sets, reps, weights and coach notes, attendance, and the number of prepaid sessions on your account.
- Exercise videos: short demonstration videos that gym staff upload to the gym’s exercise library.
- Sign-in data: a sign-in session stored on your device so you stay signed in, and the one-time codes we email you to sign in.
- Technical logs: our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request times) for security and reliability.
We don’t collect your location, contacts, health-app data or payment details, and the app contains no advertising or third-party tracking.
How we use it
- To provide the app to you and your gym: show your workouts, let coaches record sessions, and play exercise videos.
- To sign you in, by emailing you a one-time code.
- To keep the service secure and working.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who can see your information
- Your gym’s staff (owner, staff and coaches) can see and edit the training records of the gym’s clients.
- Clients can see their own training history and the gym’s exercise videos — not other clients’ records.
- Service providers that run parts of the app for us, under their own security and privacy commitments: Supabase (database, sign-in and server functions), Mux (video storage and streaming) and Resend (sending sign-in emails). Apple and Google distribute the app.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account exists. When you delete your account, your sign-in and Spry Fitness account are deleted right away, and copies in routine backups expire within 30 days.
Your training records belong to your gym: we keep them on the gym’s behalf, the same as a coach’s own notes. When you delete your app account, your gym keeps its client record for you (your name, email and prepaid sessions) and the sessions you trained in. Your gym can delete those records at any time. Ask your gym, or email us and we’ll pass the request on.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app (Account → Delete my account) or by email. See how to delete your account, including how to ask your gym to delete its records too.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, and access is limited by role: each person can only reach the records their gym and role allow.
Children
Spry Fitness isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
